2. Is Honketel a manufacturer?

3. What is the capacity of Honketel?

At present, the production capacity of hengkaitong optical fiber jumper is 300000 cores per month, and the production capacity of optical fiber adapter is 500000 per month. With the continuous expansion of the production line, the production capacity will be improved.

4. Does the factory product have a quality assurance certificate and what is the guarantee content?

Within one year, the warranty will be provided if the parts are found to be defective or the product fails under normal use. However, we will not be responsible for the freight and the re installation of the devices. Physical damage, unavoidable natural damage and damage caused by unauthorized repair are not covered by the warranty.

5. Is the sample tested? How to obtain samples?

Generally, if the value of the whole batch of samples is not high, we will test the samples free of charge. However, the freight shall be borne by the customer.

6. What is the minimum order quantity?

In the actual transaction process, we have not set the minimum order quantity. For small orders, we can provide ex factory price. If you don't have a cooperative freight forwarder, you can choose DHL, FedEx, ups and other international express transportation.

7. Is the product tested before delivery? Sample test or full test? Does hengkaitong have mature detection technology?

All products will be tested by IPQC, IQC and QA before delivery. After the quality department confirms the quality of products, we will deliver the products.

8. If our factory will make SC jumper, can Honketel provide SC assembly connector or SC connector parts? Do you have any specific suggestions?

We can provide you with connector parts (with or without sleeve) and optical cable for assembly.

9. Which payment method does hengkaitong adopt?

Usually, for small orders (value less than $10000), we use 100% up front wire transfer. For large orders, we pay 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery. For regular customers, payment within 30 days is acceptable.
